Residents of the Banasree area have been drinking and using unsafe water being supplied by Dhaka WASA for months now. The water supply from the tap is filthy and stinks. WASA has been informed about the problem several times. But no steps were taken.
Due to the problem, residents of the area are affected by various water-borne diseases. I would like to request the concerned authorities to look into the matter, take urgent steps to address the problem and ensure safe water for Banasree's residents.
