Working from a distance is already being discussed as the ultimate destination after the coronavirus has dwelt a devastating blow to the office culture. The office-goers including those who loved holidays are commonly missing the old culture. Even the unhappy ones may think the old days were not bad. Again, the level of stress at office atmosphere was also unbearable for many.

All this means that job is an issue of satisfaction in life, not only because of livelihoods but also utilisation of human potential and spending quality time. While we may not go back to the old habit fully, the home-based office or working from distance is also posing certain challenges. Our excessive dependence or use of technology may also make us stressed out. So, we will need to develop a new working culture that will give us higher satisfaction.
