Writer protests against editing of his copy

I am really disappointed to see the article published on April 09 under the caption: Irrefutable facts. You have distorted my article and I disowned the article published by your newspaper. It is simply dishonest (sic) to say that you did not consult writer of the article before publication. Editor should have courage to say spade a spade (sic).

Sheikh Mujibur Rahman neither declared independence on March 07 nor on fateful night of March 25.
