Youths should learn to be hopeful
June 16, 2022 00:00:00
Young men and women have now become more vulnerable to psychological issues. The increasing rate of suicide is alarming among our university students. And one of the main reasons behind this is unemployment or failure of getting their desired job. Today's youths suffer a lot of mental disturbance as they are engaged in a race to get ahead of each other. Thinking and worrying about future has made them depressed.
For someone who has not yet experienced any sort of mental stress, I urge you not to ignore the psychological problems that youths face. Instead, the opposite needs to be done. They need help as well as optimism. We need to collectively start learning to hope again, for a better future, so that we are able to take responsibilities instead of just focusing on ourselves.
