Agora--the country's first retail chain shop- has got ISO 9001:2008 certificate for building a platform to ensure the best for its thousands of customers.
The Orion Register, Inc, USA awarded the certification to Rahimafrooz Superstores Limited of the country for establishing the quality management systems and process in all of its Agora outlets and the head office on July 21, 2010.
Rahimafrooz Superstores Limited Managing Director Niaz Rahim received the certificate from John (Jack) W Huxtable representative of Orion Register, Inc, USA Wednesday in the city.
ISO is the world's largest developer of voluntary International Standards for business, government and society. Of these, ISO 9001, which gives the requirements for quality management are among ISO's most well known and widely implemented standards ever.
Agora achieved this certification through implementing of processes at every step of day to day activity to live their value "Total Commitment to customer delight".
