BHEL sees new orders up 10pc in 2011-12

NEW DELHI, April 4 (Reuters): Indian power equipment maker expects order inflows to rise 10 per cent in the new fiscal year that began on April 1, its chairman said Monday.
BP Rao also told reporters the company plans to spend Rs 17.0 billion on capital expenditure in the current fiscal.
State-run BHEL had won orders worth Rs 605.07 billion in the last year, just above its target of Rs 600 billion.
