Guidance is a must for building career in desired places. Career clinic platform, a signature yearly event organised by East West University (EWU) Business Club since 2015, gives students an opportunity to acquire guidance from the corporate icons whom the students admire. It is an event where students can seek advice and information about their next career move from the experts. Career clinic is an event to help them know how to get their desired goal, to enlighten them for the sector they are really made for and to give them a thrilling ride of their dream company. This is nothing but a great opportunity for students to gather information and advice regarding recruitment process and career from the highly experienced persons of those companies.
After receiving enormous response from 'Career Clinic 2015', East West University Business Club (EWUBC) will present 'Career Clinic 2018' this January. Top corporate professionals from more than 20 companies and from more than 11 industries in Bangladesh will be there to evaluate the students. The event is segmented into two parts. First one is the industry overview workshop where the students will learn about different industries from the industry representatives of those companies and this workshop will be open for all the undergraduate and graduate students of EWU. Second one is the mock interview session where they will evaluate their CV and the participants will face the HR personnel of their preferred company in an interview session. The programme will be held over two days. The inauguration and panel discussion took place on January 24. The mock interview session and ending ceremony would be held today (January 25). Students can register for only one company at a time.
'Career clinic' is not just an event to enlighten you about your right career, it is a mesmerising ride for students towards their dream companies. This programme will not only help the participants to inform about their flaws but also will show the proper way to rectify those flaws.
