Organisers of CreADive Season are seen with Dean of Faculty of Business Administration of BUP.

CreADive is regarded as the national inter-university creative advertisement making competition, which is organised by the Business and Communication Club of Bangladesh University of Professionals (BUP). Before the inter university rounds, the intra-university rounds took place in March, 2016 in BUP. Around 100 teams turned up. After 3 rounds the champion from this phase was Team Lazarus. They defeated other 5 teams on finale. Team Halycon and Team Try Out secured the first and second runner up place. In every round teams were provided with a business case and were given five days time to make an advertisement and solution how to achieve firm's goal within 2-3 years.

In finale the case of inter CreADive focused on Bangladesh's one big problem, which is  the sale of sanitary pads. The discussion of this particular subject matter is considered as taboo in Bangladesh but yet the women are exposed to different health hazards which may even cost their precious lives.

The executives of BUP BCC chose this very topic to test the participants to see how they raise awareness and at the same time promote the product so that women are encouraged to buy the product for their safety. Aarong praised the idea of raising this sensitive issue and testing the final participants to come up with new and innovative ideas and strategies to promote the product that can be implemented practically.

The finalists were lucky to have Director of CIPRB Dr. Salim Mahmud Chowdhury,   Deputy Manager of Marketing Strategy Department of Incepta Pharmaceutical Ltd. Rashedul Imam,   Senior Marketing Manager of Social Marketing Company Ltd. Shaila Purvin, Head of Business of Cookie Jar Drabir Alam and Product Group Manager of Unilever Hasan Mazhar Pial as their judges.

Currently, BUP business and communication club is hard at work in planning and organising Inter CreADive 2016 in national scale. The President of BUPBCC Uman Emdad said, "This time we are fully determined to make this competition big enough to reach every university of Bangladesh and challenge the participants that will help them to grow as the next business leaders".
