Intra-university talent hunt at UIU

UIU participants are busy solving the case.


An intra-varsity talent hunt competition "Talent Takeoff" organised by United International University (UIU) HR Forum and sponsored by Keya Group took place at UIU Auditorium on February 18, 2016. The aim of the event was to find out the best among the students from marketing background.
As many as 120 students took part in the competition. The daylong event was divided into two rounds. The first round was based on group discussion and the second round consisted of case solving and presentation. The students were divided into three groups. The group discussion had interesting topic like, "Which one is important- price or quality?" and "Which one is better- smart or hard working?"
Top 25 individuals were chosen and were gathered into 5 teams for the final round where the students were challenged with the case of launching a new Keya product in the market. Team Ultimate won the competition and they received certificates and gift hampers from Keya Cosmetics and also got internship offer from Keya.
Along with other respected guests, Professor Dr. M. Rezwan Khan, the Vice Chancellor of United International University and Mr. Manjurul Haque Khan, The Director of Career Counseling Centre (CCC) were present at the closing and prize giving ceremony.
