Laptop fair begins in city June 10

A three-day mega laptop fair will begin at the city's Bangabandhu International Conference Centre on June 10 featuring new model laptops of different global brands. With the slogan of 'enlighten the technology power,' Maker Communication is organising the '9th Qubee Summer Laptop Fair' in the city where 13 pavilions and 45 stalls will be available for displaying products of different brands. All the renowned brands including Asus, Toshiba, HP, Gateway, Samsung, Lenovo, Haier, Dell, Fujitsu, Prolink, Apple, Acer, MSI, Sony, Compaq, Flora PC and Gigabyte will be showcasing their laptops, net books and other communication products in the fair. Coordinator of the fair Fabia Khan said the customer will enjoy great discounts by buying laptops in the fair as all the global brand companies are participating in the fair. Due to competition among the laptop selling companies at a place, the customer will get the opportunity of least price, he added. The fair will continue until June 12. The fair will remain open from 8am to 8pm everyday. Entry fee is Tk 20 per person. Wimax Company Qubee is the main patron of the fair and Acer, Asus, HP and Samsung are co-sponsors.
