MA Momen reelected BTCCI president

MA Momen has been reelected president of Bangladesh Thai Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BTCCI) for the term of 2011-12, said a press statement.
Sajjatuz Jumma and Mohammed Ali have been elected senior vice president and vice president of the Chamber respectively.
The election to BTCCI was held at a city hotel recently following the Chamber's 7th annual general meeting (AGM).
Mr Momen is the managing director of Toka Ink Bangladesh Ltd and Pioneer Printing Press Ltd. He is also former president of Dhaka Chamber of Commerce and Industry (DCCI) and currently a director of FBCCI and SAARC CCI.
Mr Jumma is now a sponsor director and former chairman of Shahjalal Islami Bank Ltd.
Mr Ali is the chief executive officer of Khulshi Mart, Chittagong.
Rashed Maksud Khan, chairman of the Chamber's election board and former president of BTCCI and DCCI, conducted the election.
Tasanawadee Mian-charoen, ambassador of Thailand to Bangladesh, attended the programme as the guest of honour.
