Sheltech Spring Fair 2011 starts today (Tuesday) at the company's corporate office at Panthapath in the city to celebrate its 23rd anniversary. Sheltech Managing Director Toufiq M Seraj said, "We are going to organise the 12-day-long fair to celebrate our 23rd anniversary, and we have chalked out various programmes for our old and new customers." "We will offer cash discount ranging from Tk 50,000 to Tk 500,000 to the customers who will buy ready flats or plots at the fair," he said, while addressing a press conference at its office. Sheltech, one of the country's leading real estate developers, will offer flats of different sizes at Mohammadpur, Paribagh, Mirpur, Banani, Uttara and Gandaria, and plots at Ashulia and Savar during the fair. -FE Report
