BanglaTrac holds workshop

The Human Resources Department of BanglaTrac Ltd organised a day-long workshop on 'performance management and its alignment to business' in the city recently, said a press release.
The main objective of the seminar was to introduce the concept of Balance Score Card in the company.
Renowned consultant and speaker, Managing Director of Gray- Matters Consulting Pvt Ltd, India Sanjay Roy Chowdhury conducted the workshop. Departmental heads and managers of BanglaCAT participated in the workshop.
