As a part of corporate social responsibility and on-going relief programme, Dhaka Bank Limited (DBL) has recently distributed 60 tonnes relief goods among 5,000 families of Araihazar thana in Narayanganj district.
DBL former chairman ATM Hayatuzzaman Khan distributed the relief goods among the flood-affected people on behalf of the bank.
DBL distributed 10-kilogram rice, one-kilogram pulse and one-kilogram salt to each of 5,000 families of 14 union of Araihazar thana of the district.
Secretary to the President Md Sirajul Islam, Narayanganj district Deputy Commissioner Md Fazlul Karim, Araihazar Thana Nirbahi Officer Tapan Kumar Saha, DBL directors Md Hanif and Altaf Hossain Sarkar, Managing Director Shahed Noman, Head of Credit Md Mohiuddin al Azad, Head of Operations Md Sirajul Haque and Assistant Vice President Azam Khan were also present on the occasion.
