Dhaka Insurance holds half yearly conference

The half yearly conference-2008 of the branch in-charges of Dhaka Insurance Limited was held in the city recently.

Managing Director of the company KAM Ferdous presided over the meeting.

Adviser, deputy managing directors, company secretary, and branch in-charges of all the branches of the company were also present in the conference.

The meeting reviewed the premium income, management expenditure and other related matters for the period from January to June, 2008.

Ferdous informed the meeting that from January to June, 2008 the company earned premium of Tk 120,233,895.00 which was 18 per cent higher than that of the corresponding period of the previous year.

He expressed his satisfaction at the business performance and expressed the hope that the upward trend of the business could continue in future also.
