Intech Online Limited has approved 10 per cent bonus share to its shareholders for the last year.
The approval was made at the 7th annual general meeting of the company held at the Trust auditorium, Kurmitola in the city recently.
Intech Chairman Md Ashiqur Rahman presided over the meeting.
Directors Md Arifur Rahman Nayeem, Shamsul Alam, Moslehuddin Ahmed, Chief Executive Officer Jami Mohammad Khan and Company Secretary Md Akhtaruzzaman were also present at the meeting.
