Nuvista Pharma Limited, formerly Organon (Bangladesh) Limited, has launched a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) fund titled 'Bondhon' in the city recently.
More than 500 doctors including leading IVF (In Vitro Fertilisation) specialists, gynaecologists, medicine specialists, anaesthesiologists and professionals from other disciplines were present among about 1500 attendees at the inaugural function.
Managing Director of Nuvista Pharma Limited Akhter Matin Chaudhury said Nuvista is a specialised pharmaceutical company in the country and has been manufacturing and marketing hormone products for more than forty years..
"Bondhon" will be financed by a fund generated by Nuvista Pharma Limited by contributing a percentage of the sales proceeds of their leading birth control pills 'Ovostat Gold' and 'Marvelon'.
