S Korean firm wins Indian subway contract

SEOUL, Nov 7 (AFP): A South Korean firm said today it has won a 310 million dollar contract to supply 192 carriages for the subway in the Indian capital New Delhi.
Rotem, a unit of Hyundai Motor, said the order calls for it to deliver the carriages from April 2009 to June 2010 to Delhi Metro Rail Corp.
