November 27, 2007 00:00:00

SINGAPORE, Nov 26 (AFP): Singapore's industrial output rose 0.9 per cent in October from a year ago due to a drop in pharmaceuticals production, a figure that came in below expectations, the government said today.
The flat growth followed a revised 2.5 per cent shrinkage in September and was below analysts' estimates ranging between 5.0 and 12.2 per cent.
