2 children drown in city pond

Two children drowned in a pond at the city's Pallabi at around 12:00pm Wednesday. Helena Parvin, a sub-inspector of Pallabi Police Station said the incident happened when the two children, namely Sumon (8), and Momin (10) went to take a bath in a pond at Jhilpar, Pallabi.
