850 Bangladeshis cross Egypt border

Some 850 Bangladeshis have crossed Egypt border and are now at Al Salloum point. A foreign ministry press release said the foreign ministry Tuesday approached the International Organisation for Migration (IOM) in Dhaka to provide flights to bring the Bangladeshis back home. IOM representatives at the Al Salloum border point have informed the ministry's consular team that it (IOM) is unable to immediately provide flights due to fund shortage. - bdnews24.com
