Amendment to ACC Act-2004 likely

Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) Monday decided in principle to bring changes to the ACC Act-2004 for empowering the body getting information from the National Board of Revenue (NBR) about income and assets of any individual or company. Talking to reporters, ACC Chairman Hasan Mashhud Chowdhury said, "We are taking measures so that we can officially collect income related information from the NBR." —BSS
