Barapukuria Coalmine workers go on strike

DINAJPUR, Sept 11 (UNB): Around 1000 workers of Barapukuria Coalmine in the district went on strike for an indefinite period Thursday night to press home their 14-point demand.
Coalmine authority said the production in the coalmine was suspended at 11pm as the workers enforced the strike to realise their 14-point demand, including bonus and full payment of dues to the injured workers.
