BB directive to banks

Bangladesh Bank (BB) has directed the scheduled banks to keep their concerned branches open even after the official working hours for ensuring payment of garment workers' salary and allowances before Eid-ul-Azha. Through a circular the BB asked the banks to keep the concerned branches open on November 14 and November 15 even after the scheduled office time after ensuring their (the banks') proper security.
