BB goes solar from today

Bangladesh Bank (BB) gets solar power today (Tuesday) to shed power crisis with the renewable and green energy resource. BB Governor Atiur Rahman will inaugurate the solar power system at 11am at the central bank's headquarters in the city. The solar power system will generate 8.0 kilowatt of electricity, well enough to keep the energy saving lights at the governor's office and the lobby, conference room and the boundary of the central bank. — BSS
