Unilever Consumer Care's profit grows 17pc in Q1

Unilever Consumer Care's profit grew nearly 17 per cent year-on-year to Tk 201.35 million in the first three months of this year despite a 10.6 per cent drop in the sales revenue. Over 5,500 people still missing in east Congo

More than 5,500 people are still unaccounted for in an area in east Democratic Republic of Congo where floods killed more than 400 people last week, a local official said on Tuesday, as shaken survivors waited for food aid. Red status for shipbreaking yards

Chattogram's shipbreaking yards have been reclassified from orange to red environmental status by the Department of Environment (DoE), according to the recently published Environment Protection Regulations-2023.
