Ecnec approves 7 dev projects

The Executive Committee of the National Economic Council (ECNEC) has approved seven development projects involving Tk 28.40 billion (Tk 2,840 crore), including a project to reclaim the Buriganga river. Of the total cost, Tk 24.02 billion will come from the government exchequer while the remaining Tk 4.38 billion will come from project assistance. The approvals came at an ECNEC meeting Tuesday. — UNB
