Eid decision today

The National Moon-sighting Committee will sit today (Sunday) to set the date for Eid-Ul Azha. State Minister for Religious Affairs Mohammad Shahjahan Miah, who heads the committee, will preside over the meeting at the Islamic Foundation, a government statement said Saturday. The committee has asked people to call at 02-9559493, 9559643, 9556407, 9558337 and 9555947, or fax to 02-9563397 if they see the moon from anywhere in the country. — bdnews24.com
