Eight killed in road accident

SIRAJGANJ, Apr 26: At least eight passengers of a Nasimon were killed and 15 others wounded at Parkola in Shahjadpur upazila when it tumbled into roadside ditch after it was hit hard from behind by a bus this afternoon. Hafizul, Farooq, Rabiul, Akkas Ali, Momin and Saidul died on the spot, said Shahjadpur thana officer. Two fatally wounded men died on way to Shahjadpur Health Complex, about 2km away from the spot of the accident. - UNB
