The safety issue at level-crossings seems to be always ignored, which often leads to tragic accidents like the train-microbus collision that took place in Mirsarai, Chattogram, on Friday. This photo taken on Saturday shows a train passing through a level-crossing at Jurain in Dhaka with only one lane of the road barricaded by a bar preventing the vehicular movement but there is no bar on the other lane of the road, which may cause a disaster at any time — FE photo by Shafiqul Alam
