A Dhaka court has sentenced Hall-Mark Group Chairman Jasmine Islam to three years in jail in a case filed by the graft regulator for not submitting a wealth statement. On Wednesday, Judge Akhtaruzzaman of the Fifth Special Judge's Court of Dhaka passed the verdict in the case filed by the Anti-Corruption Commission five years ago.
