Indian foreign secy arrives in city today

NEW DELHI, Nov 13: Indian Foreign Secretary Nirupama Rao leaves here tomorrow (Saturday) for Dhaka on a two-day visit, which is being viewed here as "preparatory" to the upcoming visit of Bangladesh Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina. During the visit Ms Rao is expected to discuss with Bangladesh officials different aspects of Indo-Bangla relations, official sources told BSS Friday night. — BSS
