Jalil, Babar, Hashem may be produced in court today

Awami League General Secretary Abdul Jalil and former state minister for home of the immediate-past BNP-led government Lutfozzaman Babar and business- tycoon-turned ex-MP MA Hashem of BNP may be produced in the CMM court today (Sunday) as a four-day remand of the bigwigs completed Saturday. They were arrested by the army-led joint forces on May 29 under the ongoing crusade against corruption and serious crime.              —UNB
