JS body for scrapping Bhashantek housing deal

Parliamentary standing committee on Land Ministry Tuesday recommended cancellation of deal with the project developer of the government-funded Bhashantek housing project for the slum dwellers and low income people. The committee at a meeting viewed that the objective of the project remained unimplemented. Flats have been allocated, depriving the deserving applicants. — UNB
