Light tremor jolts parts of country

A light earthquake jolted different parts of the country including capital Dhaka on Friday, reports BSS.
The quake was felt around 10.46am. It measured 4.5 on the Richter scale, according to a press release of the Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD).
The quake's epicentre was Golapganj in Sylhet, approximately 202 km northeast of the BMD Seismic Centre at Agargaon in Dhaka.
However, no casualty was reported following the earthquake.
