CHITTAGONG, Aug 9: Commerce Minister Faruk Khan said here Sunday that market monitoring would start to curb any attempt by the traders to raise prices of daily necessities ahead of the holy month of Ramadan. "There are no possibilities of crisis of essentials during the Ramadan as the government has sufficient stocks of such commodities besides the private imports," he told newsmen after visiting the local office of the Trading Corporation of Bangladesh (TCB). — UNB
