Awami League presidium member Mohiuddin Khan Alamgir retained his parliament membership as the High Court (HC) Thursday declared illegal the impugned Election Commission gazette notification vacating his seat. A division bench comprising Justice AHM Shamsuddin Chowdhury and Justice M Jahangir Hossain delivered the judgmen. - UNB
