New Tk 500 note in circulation from Aug 23

Bangladesh Bank is going to put into circulation a new note of Tk 500 denomination from August 23 with the portrait of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman in the front side. The backside of the note will enshrine the picture of Bangladesh Supreme Court. — BSS
