Professor Abdul Hakim Sarkar of Dhaka University has been appointed Vice-Chancellor of Kushtia IslamicUniversity. Professor Hakim is a teacher of Social Welfare and Research Institute under Dhaka University. Education ministry has issued a notification in this regard. — UNB
