RAJUK to identify 200 blgs for demolition

The Rajdhani Unnayan Kartipakhkha (RAJUK) is now working out a detailed plan to identify the most vulnerable 200 buildings in the capital for immediate demolition. Official sources said the government already instructed RAJUK last week to identify the 200 most vulnerable buildings, following the South Begunbari tragedy that killed 25 people after the collapse of a 6-storey building. RAJUK officials said the task of identifying the remaining buildings will be completed within this week. — UNB
