SC freezes Amar Desh publication

The Supreme Court (SC) has stayed for four weeks a High Court order that had allowed the temporary publication of the Bengali-language newspaper Amar Desh. The Appellate Division's vacation chamber judge justice SK Sinha gave the order on Tuesday following a government petition.
