The Secondary School Certificate (SSC) and its equivalent examinations, scheduled for today (Wednesday), have been shifted to next Saturday (February 07).
The decision has been taken, as the BNP-Jamaat-led 20-Party Alliance on Tuesday extended its 72-hour general strike by 36 hours, which will end on Thursday 6:00 pm.
Education Minister Nurul Islam Nahid announced the fresh schedule of the country's one of the largest public examinations, while he was talking with reporters at Bangladesh Secretariat on Tuesday.
According to the new schedule, the examinations of Bangla 2nd paper, Easy Bangla 2nd paper and Bangla Language and Culture 2nd paper will be held on Saturday from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm.
