Teletalk network restored

The network of state-owned mobile operator Teletalk was restored early Monday after it remained out of order for about 24 hours. The operations resumed at around 2:00am, Md Mojibur Rahman, Teletalk's managing director, told bdnews24.com. He said a portion of the central server caught fire due to electrical sparking Saturday night that caused trouble for about half a million subscribers. Teletalk has about 1.1 million subscribers all over the country. —bdnews24.com
