Three 'robbers' lynched in Feni

FENI, Apr 13: Three suspected robbers were killed in a lynch-mob attack at Uttar Alipur village in Daganbhuiyan upazila early Saturday. Two of the deceased were identified as Monir Hossain, 28, son of Monowar Hossain and Sohag, 30, son of Jasim Uddin, hailing from Char Fasson in Bhola district. Locals trapped the robbers when they attempted to rob at the village around 3:30am. Later, the angry mob gave them a good thrashing, leaving one dead on the spot and two others injured. — UNB
