Three workers electrocuted in city

Three construction workers were electrocuted and another injured when they came in contact with a live electric wire at Tanti Bazar in the city behind Chitra Mahal Cinema Friday morning. The deceased were identified as Akmal Haque (25), Saiful Islam, (20) and Serajul Islam (25) of Fulpur Upazila of Mymensingh district. Hospital sources said a pipe came in touch with a live electric wire while they were doing the piling work for construction of a building at Tanti Bazar. Four electrocuted workers were rushed to Dhaka Medical College Hospital. -BSS
