Two SSC examinees commit suicide in city

Two girls - Khukumoni and Mazeda Khatun - Wednesday committed suicide in the city following their SSC exam result disappointments. Khukumoni (17) of Khilgaon was the daughter of SM Kholilur Rahman. He said, after receiving the SSC results, Khukumoni retreated to her room Tuesday evening never to be seen alive. In a separate incident in the city, a 19-year-old housemaid named Mazeda Khatun took her own life following result frustrations. —bdnews24.com
