UK lifts suspension on Tier 4 visa applications

The UK Border Agency announced partial lifting of Tier 4 visa application suspension in Bangladesh. The suspension has been lifted from 22 July for students who want to take higher education courses for foundation, undergraduate and postgraduate degrees. The suspension is also lifted for child students, according to a release of the British High Commission. On August 12, the UK Border Agency will lift the suspension on the remaining courses, with exception of English language courses. The UK Border Agency will continue to keep the suspension of English language courses under review. Tier 4 applicants are required to make an appointment at a visa application centre in order to submit their applications.
The release said appointments are free of charge.
