Vehicles are making a U-turn at the Kakoli intersection, red circle, in Dhaka's Banani, while slowing down the smooth progression of Uttara-bound vehicles. Though there is a U-loop nearby, the U-turn was reopened last month to ease traffic congestion on the airport road. However, the reopening has created a terrible traffic situation in the area.
