Police suspected that the trio might had been poisoned to death.
The crime scene unit of Criminal Investigation Department (CID) started working to investigate the tragic incident.
Meanwhile, police arrested Mehjabin Moon (24), elder daughter of the deceased couple, in connection with the triple murder.
Police said it was a pre-planned murder carried out by her (Mehjabin Moon).
After killing her father, mother and younger sister, she dialed 999 and police rushed to the house located at Haji Lal Mian Road in Muradpur.
Mehjabin along with her husband and children visited her parent's house two days ago.
She complained her parents about extramarital relationship between her younger sister (Jannatul) and her husband.
Her complaint had sparked a quarrel among the family members that might led to the murder.
Neighbours said Mehjabin had a rift with her parents over properties.
She had used to put pressure on her parents to give her father's property.
Several rounds of dialogue were held to resolve the problem but in vain.
A case was filed with Kadamtoli Police Station in this connection.
