CHITTAGONG, Mar 12: A worker was killed in an accident early today at Bhatiary ship breaking area under Sitakunda of the district. A heavy plate fell on Saroj Das (25) at around 2.30 am when he was working at Bhatiary Steel and Ship Breaking Yard. He was rushed to Chittagong Medical College Hospital in critical condition where he died after two hours. He hailed from Baro Thakur Para of Bhatiary of Sitakunda upazila.
